How can I display my photo/video in photo/video galleries? |
|
All photos and videos will automatically be featured in the Photo and Video
Gallery once you All members have the option to access and
search for profiles by clicking on either a photo or a video. You will have to
upload them when you enter your profile. You can also add them to your profile
by using option in You also have the option to add a password
protection on either your photo or video or both. Your photo/video will then
have a password-protected stamp on them in both the Galleries. If this is the
case, the member(s) wishing to contact you will have to email you first to
request your permission to view your photo/video. If you decide to grant the
requestor the permission to view your photo/video, you can do so by providing
him/her with your photo/video password. You can change your password anytime.
For security reasons, we advise that you choose a password that is different
from your Member login password. You can use either the same password or
different ones for your photo and/or video. You can change the password(s)
anytime. |

How do I list my photo/video in the showcase on the
Home page? |

The Match Mantra Showcase on the Home Page enables you to prominently highlight
your profile/ad and increase your chances of being noticed by other members.

You have to enter your profile and upload your photo or video first.

If you have opted to have a password protection, your photo and/or video cannot
be displayed in the Showcase Gallery.
-
You will then have to decide whether you want your photo, video, or both to be
displayed. Once you choose the Showcase option in , your message along with your photo and/or video will
be featured in our Showcase Gallery.

There is generally a Gallery fee for each display. . However, as part of the
current promotion we are currently offering this benefit free for all new
members. Your photo/video will be displayed free until the end of the promotion
period at which point you will be notified by email. At that juncture, we will
provide you with the Gallery Fee pricing information and guide you through the
process for continued display of your photo/video (should you so choose) in our
Showcase.

I am currently a Match Mantra member. What happens when I change my email
address? Will my current login, my email, change? |

Yes. Your email login will change too. We have chosen your email to be your
login to make it easy for you to remember. The process is simple.
Here is how it works:

When your email changes, you can make the change anytime by clicking
on in . You should enter another valid email
address.

Once you make the change, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to your
new email to validate it.

Once you receive Match Mantra auto confirmation email from
confirming your email change, your new email address will be your login.

Next time you login, you will have to use your new email address.

If you have changed your email address and have not yet received the
confirmation from Match Mantra, please continue to use your old email login.

for you to experience the full spectrum of our Elite Membership services like
entering your profile or searching other profiles using your personal criteria
and to be able to respond to any of the profiles you are interested in, you

Will those responding to my Profile/Ad be able to see my email address?
|

First and foremost, only Match Mantra members can view your profile. Anyone
responding to your Profile will only see your profile information and your
alias. We will not reveal any other information. They will be responding to
your profile through the Match Mantra email . This will routed
automatically to the email that you have provided us. You can simply reply to
that email through the email and your response will
be routed to them in similar fashion. The respondent will not know your
personal email id or for that matter any of your contact information unless you
choose to reveal the same. As a matter of caution, we suggest that you disclose
your identity to your prospects only when you are comfortable doing so.

Do I have to enter my profile to search other profiles?
|

No. You need not have to enter your profile to perform searches. They are two
independent features. You do need to become a member however before you can
enter a profile or perform searches or respond to any profile that may be of
interest to you. There are three ways to optimize your chances of finding your
perfect match. The choice is simply yours.

Search - You can choose to not enter your profile at
all. You could simply perform searches using your personal criteria. This way
you can check out the selection of profiles we have that match your preferences
and respond to those profiles/ads that spark your interest. Check out the

Enter Your Profile - Entering your profile is
tantamount to placing a classified advertisement. You can do that whenever you
want. You can click on in
to enter your profile and activate it whenever you are ready. You can keep it
deactivated until then.

Other members can see your profile/ad only if you activate your profile.

Two pronged approach - On the other hand, you can also
do both in parallel i.e. Enter your profile as well as search and respond to
other profiles. This will augment your chances of finding your perfect match
that closely maps to your preferences.
